Everything behind the claim
Twelve documents, including the research that did not survive testing. A position you cannot check is not a position.

Orientation
What This Is
A plain explanation of the research programme — what was tested, what survived and what did not. Written for someone who has not read the papers and does not intend to.
The Meridian Position
The complete operating and commercial picture: what is held, what it proves, what it earns, and the route from a platform business to a fund. Eleven sections.
How We Are Moving
The commercial strategy: the three engines, which runs first, and why that sequence is a strategy rather than a concession.
II — The research
The working paper and its tests
The Reaggregation of Dispersed Knowledge
The working paper. Hayek's dispersed-knowledge problem read against four decades of disclosure law, with the estate as the instrument and the replication gate as the test.
What a Filing Predicts
The signal work: what was measured, what was neutralised, and what remained after characteristic-matched controls removed 75–82% of three of four candidate edges.
State of the Instrument
What the estate currently is, measured rather than described — coverage, freshness, provenance and the gaps that remain open.
Registered Predictions, 2028
Predictions registered in advance with resolution dates, so the record can be scored later with the misses included. The only honest way to build a track record from a standing start.
III — Infrastructure
Power, capacity and the physical record
The Power Capacity Brief
Confirmed generation capacity behind the datacentre build, resolved to its sponsors. The monthly product: 18 of 372 developers clear the confirmed-capacity test.
Meridian × Expedition Infrastructure Partners
A worked example of a bespoke brief: the confirmed-capacity asymmetry applied to one merchant bank's origination problem, with the limits stated as prominently as the findings.
The Queue as an Outcome Register
Interconnection queues read as a record of outcomes rather than intentions — what withdraws, what clears, and what that says about announced pipelines.
The Grid Reuse Screen
Retiring and retired generation with existing interconnection rights — where new load can attach to capacity that already exists.
Hard Asset Intake Checklist
The intake standard applied to a physical asset before it enters the estate: what must be evidenced, what may be inferred, and what is refused.
Standing constraints
What we will not claim
Zero confirmed capacity is not distress. Registration lags development. The signal is the asymmetry between populations, never the status of one developer.
No financing need is asserted for any named company unless it is publicly evidenced. Where we cannot evidence something, the document says so rather than inferring it.
